The treasurer transition is complete, and Quinn Sampson has been busy setting up our books utilizing Quickbooks Online. This will allow us to:
- Mail out a hard copy, and your payment can be mailed back to the address on the invoices, or
- You may request that your invoices be emailed, allowing you to pay securely online with an ACH, debit/credit card, or you can mail a check.
Our 2022 HOA assessment invoices of $400 will be mailed or emailed (depending on your choice) the first week or two of April, and will be due 30 days after the date of the invoice.
If you would prefer to have your invoices emailed, please use the button below to notify Quinn. If you overpaid your 2021 dues, your invoice will reflect the credit you have on file.

Hello. We have not received our HOA invoice. Today is 04/21/2022.
The last ones were mailed on Monday. And in fact, someone in your household already paid your invoice yesterday just after noon via Quickbooks online (a copy was emailed).
