Consider Silver Meadows South

With the current state of the nation with the COVID-19 outbreak, and local changes in the community, the SMS board of directors has decided to close the gates to our community 24/7 effective Friday, March 20 at 6pm. Entry codes will be issued to each property owner to be used for guests and vendors that need to access the community during the day. The codes will be active from 7-7 Monday through Friday, and 8-5 on Saturdays. After hours and on Sundays, access to the community will be the same as it is now when the gates are closed, utilizing clickers and the telephone entry system. If you are a resident and require a clicker or code, please login and click on NEWS.

Serene, spacious, secure.

Located on the east and slightly north side of the beautiful and historic town of Ocala, Florida, Silver Meadows South is one of three sections of the Silver Meadows development, which was founded in the 1990’s. Home lots range from .75 to just over an acre, with generous green spaces scattered throughout.

Bordered by Highway 326 on the southeast and Baseline Rd./NE 53rd Ave. on the west, our development is surrounded by beautiful conservation areas and parks, including the Silver Springs Forest Conservation Area and the Indian Lake State Forest. We are less than a mile from the historic Silver Springs State Park.
