The 2023 Annual Meeting announcements have been mailed. In your envelope will be a letter from our President, Wayne Vensel, the meeting agenda, a proposed budget for 2023, current financials (Balance Sheet & Profit And Loss), and a proxy form if you are unable to attend the meeting in person. (NOTE: The proxy form has an incorrect date in the first paragraph, it says MARCH, please strike through, write in April and initial the change before giving your proxy to a neighbor or board member).
The annual meeting will be Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 11:00 am at the SMS Rec Center (tennis & racquetball courts)
